Each private office includes 1 Admiral's Club Membership for the primary occupant. Additional users working from a private office must hold a Captain's Pass or Admiral's Club membership. Discounts are applied to the base monthly rate: 5% (3 months), 10% (6 months), 15% (1 year).
Need more face time with clients? Meeting room credits come with every membership and can be used hourly. Additional credits available on request.
2 meeting room credits per month included with the Deckhand membership.
4 meeting room credits per month included with the Captain's Pass membership.
8 meeting room credits per month — the most generous allotment for power users.
There are no setup fees for memberships. Private office leases may require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Contact us for details specific to each office.
Absolutely. You can change your membership tier at any time with 30 days' notice. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be pro-rated for the current month. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Guest day passes allow you to bring a visitor into the Harbor Hub workspace for a full business day. They'll have access to the coworking floor, WiFi, and common areas — but not private offices or the kitchen (unless your membership includes kitchen access and you extend that to your guest).
Meeting room credits do not roll over — they reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, additional hourly meeting room time can be purchased on an as-needed basis. Contact us for hourly rate details.
When you commit to a 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year private office term, you receive a discount on the monthly base rate: 5% for 3 months, 10% for 6 months, and 15% for 1 year. See the pricing table above for the discounted rates on each office.
